Qualifications and Time commitment: Citizens of Belknap County who possess an awareness, understanding, and concern for the issues confronting youth.  On average, panel members serve once every six weeks.  Each review takes an average of 1 ½ hours.  Panel members are occasionally contacted about filling in when a cancellation is received from another volunteer.
